All information and data we collect on our site, stays with us. We have no intention of sharing any of your information. All conversations remain in between clients and Organized Angels. Various information we may collect include name, address, phone number, email, payment information (Ex. banking), IP address and user location.

We collect this data to enhance user experience and to make our services more accessible to our community and customers. Verbal and written information, such as testimonies, reviews, and critiques may be shared to promote our services without your consent. Photographs and images of your home to demonstrate our services may be taken, but will not be shared without consent (2022 and forward). Every customer receives a free initial quote prior to their initial clean. Payment is required to be made after the initial clean (this can be more or less than the provided quote). All cleans after the initial clean will be quoted following the initial clean and will remain the same. Cleans following the initial clean are to be paid for in full before the clean commences. If payment is made in advance, and we are not able to follow through with our agreed time due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be issued in full or we will offer to reschedule. If a situation arises where a service is done without payment, interest will be applied to the quote/cost of service at 10% weekly, and no future cleans will be booked until payment and interest is received by Organized Angels.  

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Cleans following the original clean are eligible for cancelation or rescheduling with minimum 48 hour notice prior to your appointment. Failure to provide 48 hour notice requires 50% fee as payment. Cancellations or reschedule request minutes before appointment or at the start of the appointment require payment be made in full. If you prepaid, and give more than 48 hour notice, you can ask for a refund to be issued, or funds to be held for your next appointment. If you prepaid, and give less than 48 hour notice of cancelation or need for rescheduling, you may be refunded 50% the of agreed upon price. If you prepaid and give no notice (less then 4 hours before service of cancelation or need for rescheduling, no refund will be issued.


We strive to uphold our level of cleanliness. We want all clients to feel welcome and comfortable to mention any concerns at any time. If you feel like your clean was not up to our standards, please provide us with your feedback and contact an operations manager. We promise our clients to retrain team members who do not perform to our standards.


It is the clients responsibility to ensure payments are paid as per the terms and conditions. The same goes for cancellations and rescheduling. It is also the responsibility of the client to understand what is included in their clean, the cost and clean frequency, and the costs associated with extra services.

It is the responsibility of Organized Angels to ensure Cleaning Experts have the tools and training to clean to the standards set by years of experience. Organized Angels does not believe in hidden costs, therefore it is our responsibility (but not requirement) to ensure you understand the costs associated with your desired services.

Limitation of Liability:

Organized Angels, or any of it's employees will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, consequential or exemplary damages (even if Organized Angels and affiliates have been advised of the possibility of such damages) or loss of any kind arising from your use of the Organized Angels services, or for any damages in excess of the amount paid for the specific item or service of content giving rise to the applicable claim for damages. Organized Angels shall use reasonable efforts to protect personal information submitted by you in connection with the Organized Angels service and shall use such information in accordance with the privacy policy. 

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree that your submission of any information is at your sole risk, and to the maximum amount permitted by law, Organized Angels herby disclaim any and all liability to you for any loss or liability relating to such information in anyway. 

Gift Cards:

Gift cards purchased from our store are not always guaranteed to cover the full price of service. Gift cards can be purchased by, and given to anyone who agrees to the Organized Angels Terms or Service. Gift card value can range from 25$ to 500$ in value and must be paid in full prior to receival. Value of gift card is equal to payment received.  When using a gift card, disclosure of use is required before the service is provided. Failure to disclose this information may result in rejection of gift card for the service being provided. If a gift card is rejected, it may still be used for future cleans as long as it follows the gift card policy highlighted in Organized Angels Terms and Conditions. Gift cards are all given an expiry date 12 months form date of purchase. Failure to use a gift card before the 12 month deadline results in the gift card value being revoked and it becomes worthless and will not be accepted.


Failure to comply with our terms and conditions may result in legal action against the individual or party. The Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. It is your responsibility to stay up to date with our updated terms and conditions.
